There are two rooms--a double bed in one bedroom, in the other room a sofa bed and a mattress. The flat has a fully equiped kitchen, a TV set and a bathroom. A secure car park is available nearby.

First, go down ulica Śniadeckich (Śniadeckich st.) head north in the direction of Marii Konopnickiej st.--39 m. Second, take the first left in the direction of Marii Konopnickiej--260 m. Third, take the first left in the direction of Jana Matejki st. The destination will be on the right.

Near the sports hall Arena, Park Wilsona (Wilson Park), where the Poznan Palm House and the former German bunker are, and a historic parish church of Matki Boskiej Bolesnej (Our Lady of Sorrows).
