The house is situated at ulica Bełzy (Belzy Street) in the residential area called Osiedle Bajkowe , about a 10 minute drive from the the Poznan International Fair site. There are five bedrooms with single beds and two bathrooms. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a terrace and access to the garden, and two TV sets. Parking and a garage are available for one car.

By car from Poznan International Fair: From ulica Bukowska (Bukowska street) go straight, west in the direction of Ławica Airport. After you go past the shopping centre "King Cross" turn left into Leśnych Skrzatów st. Go until the end of the street, then turn right into Brzechwy street and next at the 2nd crossroads turn right into Bełzy street.

 By bus: starting with the fair, in ul.Bukowska, walk about 200m to the bus stop "Bałtyk", get on bus no. 77 and get off at the 12th stop "Wieczorynki. From the bus stop to the apartment walk about 5 minutes. In a straight line (210m) Total travel time 21 min. (11min bus ride + 10 min walk).

Restaurant "Fart", shopping center King Cross, several shops open until 11-12PM, night clubs, a bar, a pizzeria, a kebab eating place, a discount shopp ,,Netto' a post office, 2km away from the ,,Ławica' Airport.

A nice district with many houses and villas, the district areas are well-lighted. The roads and sidewalks are paved. Nearby there are city woods of Poznan "Lasek Marceliński', a great place to bike or walk.
