If you decide to take advantage of the accommodation on offer, please telephone us to make detailed arrangements and an initial reservation. After doing this, you will need to fax us a written order by an agreed date (download an order form from our site). In reply you will receive an order confirmation containing the full address of the accommodation, the full name of the host and a contact telephone number. This will enable you to make arrangements with the host for moving in and collecting the keys.

Experience shows that guests' time of arrival is often subject to change, particularly in the case of fair exhibitors. We would be very grateful if you could inform us or your host by telephone of any such changes. This will be of great convenience to us, and will enable us to ensure that the host is waiting for you at the time you arrive.
